SUMMARY:Hunt's Photo Adventure: Winter in Vermont
DESCRIPTION:In any season\, Vermont is a highly photogenic\, bucolic combination of rural atmosphere and classic New England scenes.  Red barns\, covered bridges\, rolling landscapes\, and abstract formations of ice make Vermont appealing even during winter.  Winter is a challenging season for all photographers\, but it also provides ample opportunity for beautiful and rewarding images.  We will explore several areas around Woodstock Vermont that challenge and reward photographers of all skill levels. \nSome Locations We Will Explore:\n	Queechee\n	Woodstock\n	Jenne Farm\n	The Sugar Shack\n	Country Stores\n	Billings Farm \nWe will maximize our time in the field shooting a multitude of subjects as well as incorporating classroom instruction\, critiques\, and photographic assignments each day. \nSkill Sets:  All Levels of Photographers are Welcome\nPhysical Activity:  Low to Medium. DESCRIPTION:Too often we feel that our photography comes to a halt during inclement weather. However\, there is ample opportunity to make use of our creativity while staying indoors. Many household items– cut flowers\, books\, antiques\, jewelry\, and glassware– all make for wonderful subjects while using natural window light. Every table in your house can become a landscape of opportunity with some imagination and creativity. \nWe will spend our day creating a variety of still life set ups\, unique macro scenarios\, and learning about the use of light and light modifiers.\nIn this workshop we will cover exposure\, composition\, how to use macro lenses and extension tubes\, how to set up lighting\, how to use light modifiers and more! \nWe will be bringing lots of props and flowers to photograph for this workshop. However\, we found on the last couple macro workshops that our attendees value shooting some things of their own as much if not more than what we bring.
