DESCRIPTION:In response to COVID-19 and recommendations by the CDC of social distancing\, Hunt’s Photo Education is presenting our new series of online classes! These courses will be shorter (about 1 hour)\, online versions of many classes that we currently offer\, plus a few new ones\, and include Q&A at the end.\nBelow the course description (but before registration) will be a short explanation on how the class will run. \nBlack and white photography is not only alive and well in the digital age\, it is better than ever before.  Personal growth in photography is rooted in the fundamentals of exposure and composition and no genre teaches you more about each than working in monochrome. How does one see and create images in black & white in the modern\, digital world?\nJoin Hunt’s Photo Education’s Don Toothaker to learn\, understand\, and discuss the characteristics that make for a strong image in Monochrome. We will take you through the process of how to find images that are most suitable for monochrome (and those that are not). The goal of this class is to get you thinking as much as possible about how you can utilize black & white to further your photographic creativity and add it to your arsenal of imagery. \nRegistering and what is needed\nAfter you register for this class\, you will receive a confirmation email that you have signed up. About 24 hours prior to the class time\, we will send out an email with the weblink for you to follow as well as information on how to access the class online. (It’s pretty easy\, but we’ll walk you through it in a quick online video!) \nLayout of the class\nThe class will begin promptly at the time listed. The majority of the class–roughly 1 hour– will be a presentation on the topic\, followed by a short Q&A. During the class\, you are welcome to type in questions in the Chat box if you have specific questions as they are asked.
