DESCRIPTION:Below the course description (but before registration) will be a short explanation on how the class will run. \nThere is a world of tones and colors available to you in Adobe Lightroom Classic\, but how do you access it and make it your own?\nJoin Hunt’s Photo Education for a trip into some of the lesser-known panels in Adobe Lightroom Classic\, as we delve into the “Curves” and “HSL” Panels… and more! In this class\, we will take a strong look at color options in the HSL Panel (that’s Hue-Saturation-Luminance) and how to properly manipulate them. We’ll delve into the Curves Panel to show how to get the most out of the exposure and tonal range of your image by using curves (and what the “curve” actually is!). And we’ll show a little bit of how to get the most out of images by using not just global adjustments\, but also local adjustments.\nThis class is an excellent opportunity to fine-tune color and tone adjustments! If your images lack a punch\, this is a great opportunity to see how to obtain it! \nRegistering and what is needed\nAfter you register for this class\, you will receive a confirmation email that will include information about how to access the online class\, including an online ID code that you will need to get into the class. Make sure to save this information. We will also send a reminder email about 48 hours prior to the class time with that same information. \nLayout of the class\nThe class will begin promptly at the time listed. The majority of the class–roughly 1 hour– will be a presentation on the topic\, followed by a short Q&A. This learning adventure will teach you how to make extraordinary bird photos\, rather than just getting snapshots of the species that you see.  Renowned wildlife and nature photographer (and former wildlife biologist)\, Mark Buckler\,  will share his secrets to creating extraordinary bird photos and provide you with the tools that you need to make more interesting and compelling images.  This session will concentrate on field techniques\, concepts and tips.  If there is enough time\, we may cover some essential processing strategies for your bird images.   \nAbout Mark: Mark Buckler has been actively documenting nature for over 30 years.  Mark was born on Cape Cod\, MA and his passion for photography was ignited and honed in this area of natural beauty.  In 2005\, Mark moved to the Outer Banks of NC\, where he continues to reside and pursue his passion for nature\, wildlife and landscape photography.    Mark’s degree in wildlife biology from the University of Vermont and his extensive experience as a wildlife field biologist provides him with a deep understanding of nature and animal behavior.  This knowledge enhances Mark’s ability to capture unique and interesting nature images and also put his workshop clients into the right spots to capture the most compelling images.  Additionally\, his 15 years of experience as a high school biology teacher contributes to Mark’s ability to offer engaging\, meaningful and enjoyable instructional workshops and presentations.  Mark is a renowned photographic instructor who has been invited to teach workshops or give presentations nationwide.  Mark’s highly acclaimed images have received numerous international\, national\, regional and local awards.  His fine art prints have been featured in many exhibitions and can also be found in several galleries.
