DESCRIPTION:Walk Description\nMt. Auburn Cemetery is one of Boston’s most beautiful green spaces. This large\, rolling parcel of land was America’s first garden-style cemetery. The historical 174-acre cemetery serves as a final resting place for the deceased\, but it is also an arboretum full of flowers\, flowering trees\, colorful shrubs\, architecture\, and wildlife. This is an excellent opportunity to obtain a wide variety of images. Using a macro lens\, you can obtain excellent macro images; using a standard zoom lens\, you can capture the beautifully quaffed grounds; with a telephoto lens\, there are a variety of birds\, frogs\, and other critters to be captured! Join us for a fun-filled afternoon! \nEmerging Series- A Guideline for Photo Walks during the era of COVID-19\nAs the COVID lockdown ends and social restrictions begin to ease\, we have decided to start offering our popular Hunt’s Photo Walks again.\nHunt’s Photo Education remains dedicated to the health and safety of every single attendee\, student\, and customer\, first and foremost. We also are committed to the best possible learning experience. We have put forth rules and guidelines for Photo Walks that occur during the era of COVID.\n•We will have no more than 6-8 attendees per Photo Walk with a single instructor\n•We ask that all attendees wear a mask. (Please make sure the mask covers your mouth and nose.)\n•We ask that all attendees socially distance 6 feet from one another\, unless you are attending with the other person\n•Hunt’s Photo Educators will be unable to physically handle others’ cameras\n•Consider bringing sanitizing wipes and hand sanitizer\n•If you are sick or feeling unwell\, stay home! We will gladly give you credit towards a future walk! \nThese guidelines will stay in place until further notice. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. This email will detail any of those minor changes.\nPlease read Hunt’s Terms & Conditions before signing up. \nAttendees should have: \nDress and Gear \n•Make sure to dress accordingly with the most current weather report.\n•Consider bringing a macro lens or extension tubes and a standard zoom lenses\n•A prime lens may also suit you well.\n•You can bring a telephoto zoom lens for far away animals and critters\, but be advised to bring only what you want to carry.\n•Tripods are allowed on the grounds\, but are not necessary.\n•Consider bringing a pad to kneel on\, if you plan to take macro shots\n•Feel free to bring snacks and water.\n•Bring an extra camera battery and memory cards.\n•As always\, bring your enthusiasm and creative thoughts!
