DESCRIPTION:Below the course description (but before registration) will be a short explanation on how the class will run. \nPhotography is all about light and one important factor of light is COLOR! Color can change the story\, message\, mood\, or feeling of an image and it’s important that we understand the why and the how when it comes to manipulating the color of light. In many genres of photography\, it is crucial that the color of light is accurate and represents real life. In other genres\, the photographer can manipulate the color of the light to achieve a desired look or mood. We will discuss the advantages of setting custom white balance in camera and also how to master it in post-production. Join Emily Hojnowski as we discuss the technical and artistic aspects of the color of light!  \nRegistering and what is needed\nAfter you register for this class\, you will receive a confirmation email that will include information about how to access the online class\, including an online ID code that you will need to get into the class. Make sure to save this information. We will also send a reminder email about 24 hours prior to the class time with that same information. \nLayout of the class\nThe class will begin promptly at the time listed. The majority of the class–roughly 1 hour– will be a presentation on the topic\, followed by a short Q&A. During the class\, you are welcome to type in questions in the Chat box if you have specific questions as they are asked. We will do our best to answer those questions\, but if not\, feel free to ask them at the end. \n“You Are Being Recorded” (And Other Note Related Items)\nWe will be recording this class! The video will be available for download about 24-hours after the class for all attendees\, so don’t worry about taking unending notes.
