On the walk\, we will discuss Subject Development\, Image Composition\, Long Exposures\, Black and White Photography\, and Architectural Photography. Photographers of all skill levels are encouraged to attend.\n\nCopley Square is a bustling area\, excellent for both street scenes\, as well as architecture. During this walk\, we will photograph the courtyard around the Boston Public Library\, then move out into Copley Plaza and begin to photograph the exterior of Trinity Church\, reflections\, street activity\, and other details of city life. \n\n\n\nA Guideline for Photo Walks during the era of COVID-19Hunt’s Photo Education remains dedicated to the health and safety of every single attendee\, student\, and customer\, first and foremost. We also are committed to the best possible learning experience. We have put forth rules and guidelines for Photo Walks that occur during the era of COVID.•We will have no more than 6-8 attendees per Photo Walk with a single instructor•We ask that all attendees wear a mask. (Please make sure the mask covers your mouth and nose.)•We ask that all attendees socially distance 6 feet from one another\, unless you are attending with the other person•Hunt’s Photo Educators will be unable to physically handle others’ cameras•Consider bringing sanitizing wipes and hand sanitizer•If you are sick or feeling unwell\, stay home! We will gladly give you credit towards a future walk! \nThese guidelines will stay in place until further notice. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. On the walk\, we will discuss Architectural Photography\, Image Composition\, Long Exposures\, and Black and White Photography. Photographers of all skill levels are encouraged to attend. \nMIT is not only famous as a research institute and school\, but also for the stunning architecture that has been commissioned. These include the Landau Building (“The Wedge”)\, The Dreyfuss Building\, Simmons Hall (“The Sponge”)\, the Zesiger Center (“Z-Center”)\, the newly constructed Sean Collier Memorial\, and the Stata Center (pictured). We will discuss the many ways these pieces of architecture can be photographed in the evening and night skies. Our walk will take us in and out of the MIT campus and along Memorial Drive and the Charles River.
