It’s important to fully understand the “why” and “how” of your camera settings. \nIn this outdoor\, hands-on class\, you’ll learn all about the basics of photography. We will discuss Exposure (how light works with the camera)\, the Big Three Settings (Aperture\, Shutter Speed\, & ISO)\, how they affect your picture and how to set them\, and what mode to set it to on your camera! The Boston Common and the Garden area have a multitude of subjects to photograph. From rolling greens and water to statues\, plants\, & flowers\, the Common is an excellent meet with a friend\, go for a walk\, take in the scenery\, or\, in this case\, learn about photography. The variety of subject matter\, interesting textures\, and wonderful angles and compositions can all lead to terrific photographs.
