We will discuss Exposure (how light works with the camera)\, the Big Three Settings (Aperture\, Shutter Speed\, & ISO)\, how they affect your picture and how to set them\, and what mode to set it to on your camera! We’ll discuss changing depth-of-field (controlling what’s in focus in the background)\, stopping or blurring the action in your scene\, and many other basic picture-taking techniques. This will be an excellent opportunity to learn about your camera in a fun and safe environment! Join us to strengthen your photographic knowledge! \nIn this session of Beginner Photography in the Field…\n…we will be going to the Saugus Iron Works in Saugus. The Saugus Iron Works is the site of where European iron workers began their trade in the new colony. On the site today are a large water wheel\, mills\, a forge\, wood buildings\, and the Saugus River! This is another excellent area to learn about photography\, with the variety of subject matter\, interesting textures\, and wonderful angles and compositions that can lead to terrific photographs.
