We’ll start at Bug Light Park to photograph the beloved Portland Breakwater Lighthouse\, also known as Bug Light\, before we head a couple of blocks over to Spring Point Ledge Lighthouse\, on the campus of Southern Maine Community College. Spring Point Ledge Lighthouse is also the site of Fort Preble\, a military fort which was in use from 1802 to 1906. We’ll explore the many opportunities this location offers\, and then head another few miles west to Cape Elizabeth to capture the sunset at Portland Head Lighthouse. Portland Head is located on the grounds of Fort Williams Park\, an old military fort dating back to the Spanish American War. We will explore the grounds and various vantage points on the lighthouse\, and end up in one of the classic spots for sunset.  \nThe next morning\, we will then transition from photographing to editing.
