DESCRIPTION:Saturday\, March 5th\, 7-10am • Boston\, MA \nRecommended prerequisite: Working knowledge of your camera  We also recommend having some of the knowledge from our Beginner Photography class  \nAll Skill Levels Welcome \nInstructor: Ron Phillips \nClass Size: Maximum 8 attendees \nWalk Description\nJoin Hunt’s Photo Education for a walk in Boston’s burgeoning South Boston Waterfront. During the walk\, we will discuss many of the aspects of photographing in early morning light\, including exposure\, focusing\, composition\, and more. Photographers of all levels are welcome!\nThe South Boston Waterfront\, commonly referred to as the “Seaport District”\, is one of the fastest growing areas in Massachusetts. It holds the beautiful ICA Boston- Institute of Contemporary Art; the Seaport Hotel and World Trade Center; one of the first modern “Innovation Districts”; the Harpoon Brewery and Taproom; and many hotels and nearly one hundred restaurants. It’s vibrant\, filled with people\, and truly fabulous to photograph. On this walk\, we will photograph at Fan Pier\, the ICA\, along the waterfront\, and more\, making use of morning light. If you have Neutral Density (ND) and/or Circular Polarizing (CPL) filters\, you are welcome to bring them\, as you’ll get some terrific shots with them during this time. \nCOVID-19 Policies for outdoor Hunt’s Photo Walks and Workshops\nFace masks are recommended\, but not required for our outdoor Photo Walks. We also ask that you maintain social distance whenever possible. \nAs always\, if you are sick or feeling unwell\, STAY HOME! We will gladly give you a credit towards a future walk. \nThese guidelines will stay in place until further notice. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. Feel free to bring them\, and if you’re unsure how to use them\, we can help!\n•A tripod will come in handy if you are using filters.\n•Feel free to bring snacks and water.\n•Bring an extra camera battery and memory cards.\n•As always\, bring your enthusiasm and creative thoughts!
