DESCRIPTION:In response to COVID-19 and recommendations by the CDC of social distancing\, Hunt’s Photo Education is presenting our new series of online classes! These courses will be shorter (about 1 hour)\, online versions of many classes that we currently offer\, plus a few new ones\, and include Q&A at the end.\nBelow the course description (but before registration) will be a short explanation on how the class will run. \nStuck inside? Yup\, we know the feeling. But the world can be your photographic oyster! Don’t feel limited by being stuck in your house and let your creativity be your guide. \nIn this class\, we will discuss a series of projects that you can take on inside and outside your house\, and delve into some of the settings and photographic concepts for each. In this class\, we will cover elements of:\n•Basic camera settings (and what they’ll do for you)\n•Composition\n•Subject Development\n•Focus\n•Exposure\n•Using a tripod\n•And more! \nThis class can be for someone just getting started into photography or an experienced photographer looking for some inspiration (or suggestions)! \nRegistering and what is needed\nAfter you register for this class\, you will receive a confirmation email that will include information about how to access the online class\, including an online ID code that you will need to get into the class. Make sure to save this information. We will also send a reminder email a few days prior to the class time with that same information. \nLayout of the class\nThe class will begin promptly at the time listed. The majority of the class–roughly 1 hour– will be a presentation on the topic\, followed by a short Q&A. During the class\, you are welcome to type in questions in the Question box on the left hand side of the screen. We will do our best to answer those questions\, but if not\, feel free to ask them at the end. \n“You Are Being Recorded” (And Other Note Related Items)\nWe will be recording this class! The video will be available for download about 24-hours after the class for all attendees\, so don’t worry about taking unending notes. We will send this link attendees to download and rewatch at any time. In addition to this\, we will generally send out a PDF of the presentation (when applicable) and handouts on the topic. If handouts and PDFs are included\, we will send it out with the link for the video. \nCan’t attend the class? \nIf you can’t attend the class but still want to download the video\, no problem: Just sign up for the class!
