DESCRIPTION:Below the course description (but before registration) will be a short explanation on how the class will run. \nDeveloped by photographers\, for photographers\, Adobe Lightroom Classic provides amateur enthusiast and photographers with the necessary tools for basic image management and high-level image post-production. \nThis course focuses the basics in the Develop Module and should be considered a primer for anyone interested in Adobe Lightroom Classic. In this class\, we will emphasize working with the Basic Adjustments and give a brief overview of some of the other features in the program. Specifically\, we will cover: \n•Basic Exposure Adjustment\, including expanding dynamic range through highlights and shadows\n•Contrast enhancement using Contrast and Black & White sliders\n•Making your images POP using the Presence Tools\n•Profiles and Lens Corrections\n•Cropping\n•Spot Removal\n•An introduction to masks\n•And more! \nLightroom is an extremely robust program for processing images\, with capabilities suitable for most images. Taking the picture is half the battle- editing and processing your images is paramount to producing amazing end results! \nRegistering and what is needed\nAfter you register for this class\, you will receive a confirmation email that will include information about how to access the online class\, including an online ID code that you will need to get into the class. Make sure to save this information. We will also send a reminder email about 24 hours prior to the class time with that same information. \nLayout of the class\nThe class will begin promptly at the time listed. The majority of the class–roughly 1 hour– will be a presentation on the topic\, followed by a short Q&A. During the class\, you are welcome to type in questions in the Chat box if you have specific questions as they are asked. We will do our best to answer those questions\, but if not\, feel free to ask them at the end. \n“You Are Being Recorded” (And Other Note Related Items)\nWe will be recording this class! The video will be available for download about 24-hours after the class for all attendees\, so don’t worry about taking unending notes. We will send this link attendees to download and rewatch at any time. In addition to this\, we will generally send out a PDF of the presentation (when applicable) and handouts on the topic.
