This is truly a prime opportunity to capture the beauty of holiday light decorations\, both indoors and outdoors. Join Hunt’s Photo Education’s Emily Hojnowski for an in-depth exploration of the settings\, the composition\, the thought process\, and more behind photographing holiday lights. Before you step out in the cold\, warm up your brain to the knowledge of how to do it! To be covered… \n• Exposure\, Focusing\, Settings\, Subject Matter\, and Gear\n• RAW vs. Jpeg shooting\n• Aperture Priority vs. Manual\n• Live View and Manual Focus \nUnderstanding the full-functionality of your camera is a necessity to improving your flexibility when photographing in a variety of situations. This course is designed to help you feel more comfortable about how to change your camera’s settings in those situations. It is recommended as a follow-up to our Beginner Photography course. \nRegistering and what is needed\nAfter you register for this class\, you will receive a confirmation email that will include information about how to access the online class\, including an online ID code that you will need to get into the class. Make sure to save this information. We will also send a reminder email about 48 hours prior to the class time with that same information. \nLayout of the class\nThe class will begin promptly at the time listed. The majority of the class–roughly 1 hour– will be a presentation on the topic\, followed by a short Q&A. During the class\, you are welcome to type in questions in the Chat box if you have specific questions as they are asked. We will do our best to answer those questions\, but if not\, feel free to ask them at the end. \n“You Are Being Recorded” (And Other Note Related Items)\nWe will be recording this class! The video will be available for download about 24-hours after the class for all attendees\, so don’t worry about taking unending notes.
