Photo Classes, Walks & Workshops
Despite what many might believe, documenting our food isn’t a new fad because of Instagram. In fact, artists have been painting, sculpting, and using their food as a subject for centuries. Join Hunt’s Photo Education as we discuss everything you need to get started with food photography including gear, props, and shooting techniques. Next we’ll transition to a live demo as Emily Hojnowski styles, composes, and lights her scene all while she explains the “how” and the “why.” Then it’s your turn! We’ll have various foods, props, lighting, and backgrounds for you to put all you’ve learned into action. The most difficult part of this workshop is not eating our subjects!
