Photo Classes, Walks & Workshops
Walk Description
Join Hunt’s Photo Education on a photo workshop involving historic Beacon Hill in the evening. During the walk, we will discuss many of the aspects of photographing in low light and at night, including exposure, focusing, composition, and more. Photographers of all levels are welcome!
For generations, Beacon Hill has been one of Boston’s most appealing neighborhoods. Quaint historic streets, beautiful Brownstones, and unique detail help make Beacon Hill a rewarding location for photographers of every skill level. We are entering Beacon Hill and Boston as decorations and lights begin to come out for the holidays. When we begin our walk, we will have the opportunity to photograph the area during the late-afternoon light and into the night, which will allow us to capture these spectacular details.
After the walk, attendees will be asked to submit 2-3 images from the walk for our image review/critique, happening the next week. We will discuss each attendee’s images and look at all the elements of photography discussed on the walk. Please note that this session will be recorded in case you cannot attend.
