Get your flash off! Understand Flash Photography with Fred Windholz and Phottix.
In this class you will receive the knowledge that will help you begin taking better flash pictures with confidence.
This class will include:
•Understanding basic light theory
•Learning both manual and TTL flash and the benefits of each
•How to use your flash off camera
•Understanding High Speed Sync
•……and more!
We will start with the basics and discuss flash on camera and off, demonstrating with our Phottix speedlights, then work our way up to Monolights. We will also discuss what other products you may need to help you achieve this new knowledge and skill set.
This class is for those that have a DSLR camera and either have a flash or are considering purchasing one soon. While we will be demoing with Phottix flash units, these concepts apply to all lighting.
After taking this class you will have a much better understanding of light and how to apply that knowledge to get the most from your flash.
About the Instructor:
Fred Windholz is a seasoned photographer based out of Central Pennsylvania with over 25 years of experience. Having photographed landscape, sports, portraits and weddings, Fred has developed a keen knowledge of lighting. In the past 12 years, Fred has specialized in both portrait and wedding photography. He is a member of the Professional Photographers of America, a Phottix Pro Team member and has won awards for his work. Fred is a consummate student of his craft as well as a mentor to fellow photographers.
