Workshop Description
The small western town of Jackson, Wyoming is home to Grand Tetons National Park, and now for the first time with Hunt’s Photo Adventures, experience it in the changing color of the Fall!
Encompassing over 300,000 acres this awe inspiring national park features a multitude of landscapes, wildlife, western culture, and, of course, the Grand Tetons themselves which dominate all of Jackson Hole dramatically. Each day, we will work on concepts of Subject Development, Exposure, Image Composition, Black and White Photography, Low Light Photography, and Long Exposures. The magnitude and beauty of the Grand Tetons will stay with you forever.
We will maximize our time in the field with hands on instruction as well as incorporating group discussion, classroom instruction, and image review during the workshop. Once on location we will utilize local transportation to and from each destination.

Travel information
Please note: Transportation to and from Jackson, Wyoming is not included in the cost of your ticket.
For transportation, you may fly directly into Jackson, Wyoming (JAC), but you may find significantly less expensive flights that arrive in Salt Lake City (SLC), a 4.5 hour drive away. How much less? Generally, ticket prices to SLC are less than half the cost, and factoring in that you would need to rent a car from SLC to JAC, the cost is still significantly less. For the adventurous, this indirect route can be a wonderful way to explore the country! For someone that looks for simplicity, flights still arrive at JAC.
If you arriving in SLC and are interested in carpooling with another attendee, please let us know by emailing classes@huntsphoto.com. We cannot guarantee a carpooling companion, but we are happy to pass along your information to other attendees.
We will be meeting at the hotel at 6pm on the first day.
