Photo Classes, Walks & Workshops
Join Hunt’s Photo Education for a photo walk in one of Boston’s most distinctive buildings and one of Boston’s most recognizable areas: The Massachusetts State House and Acorn Street. On the walk, we will discuss many elements of photography, such as photographing architecture, creating complex compositions, and more. Photographers of all skill levels are encouraged to attend.
Overlooking historic Boston Common is the distinctive Massachusetts State House. Built in 1798, the State House is known for its very visible golden dome, but the interior is equally as impressive and beautiful. Featuring beautiful polished granite, Greek revival columns, sweeping staircases, long corridors, legislative meeting rooms, and a stunning rotunda, the State House provides ample opportunity for creating stunning images. After photographing inside the State House, we will photograph at blue hour, civil twilight and into the night on Beacon Hill.
