Photo Classes, Walks & Workshops
Walk Description
Join Hunt’s Photo on a photographic tour of one of New England’s many new rising microbreweries—True North Brewery in Ipswich, MA. On this walk, we will discuss (and you will have a chance to photograph) architecture, macro/close-up, and more, all in the environment of a modern microbrewery.
Since the early 2010s, the US has been undergoing a new renaissance in brewing. New England has been at the forefront of this movement, with many new breweries having opened in the past 10 years, including True North Brewing in Ipswich. True North’s award-winning beers and exceptional customer service make it a must-visit!
On this walk, we will be able to photograph within the brewery and side taproom, giving us an opportunity to discuss close up/macro photos, black & white, architecture, and more. This is a unique photo walk- don’t miss it!
A Note About the Brewery
Please note that this Photo Walk will take place inside a working brewery and taproom. The taproom will be closed to the public while we are present, and no one will be brewing while we are in the brewery. As with all of our Photo Walks, our COVID policies will remain in place. However, please note that here may be sections of the brewery that we will not be allowed to enter and photograph. You must follow those guidelines or you will be asked to leave. True North Ale Company has been very generous in their letting us visit and photograph in the space, and we want to repay them with as much courtesy as we can!
