Photo Classes, Walks & Workshops
Join Hunt’s Photo Education for our summer series of natural light portrait workshops, featuring Rural, Urban, & Decay. On these workshops, we will emphasize creating portraits using available light through subject placement and composition through the aid of diffusers and reflectors. We will also discuss Subject Development, Exposure, Black and White Photography, and more. Photographers of all skill levels are encouraged to attend.
The emphasis of each workshop date will differ slightly.
For our “Urban” portrait workshop, we will be photographing in Boston on Beacon Hill, utilizing the colorful homes, greenery, and cobblestone streets as a backdrop. We will be able to mix the colonial and urban of Beacon Hill with the natural beauty of portraits.
In each of these environments, we will be looking for very different looks in our portraits. We will have 1 instructor and 1 model for every 3-4 attendees. Depending on your level of experience, we will assist in all levels, from basic camera settings to finding and utilizing good light to working with (posing/directing) models.
Each of these workshops will be a unique experience.
