Photo Classes, Walks & Workshops
Let’s take your Black and White imagery from drab to dramatic! Join Hunt’s Photo Education as we teach how to “see” in black and white and establish what makes a good black and white photo. We will begin the class by discussing the techniques needed to shoot the best images and transition to how to best edit these images in Lightroom.
A sample of topics to be discussed:
•What makes a good B&W image
•LR workflow for B&W images
•What is sharp vs. what is not
•What is textured vs. smooth
•Whites & Blacks vs Highlights & Shadows
•Local adjustments in Lightroom
•High key, low key, and other B&W styles
Feel free to bring your camera with a lens and memory card for the first half of the class and then your laptop for the second half of the class. We will provide images for you to work on in black & white, which we will be demoing on screen at the same time.
