Few places are as bright and exciting as the Big Apple. The city of New York is a metropolitan giant that offers a huge palette of culture, architecture, history, and interest for photographers of every level. New York City will challenge and thrill, every photographer with a variety of interesting and diverse subjects. During our time in NYC, we will visit such places as the Brooklyn Bridge, DUMBO park, the 9/11 Memorial, Times Square, Rockefeller Plaza, St Paul’s Cathedral, Ellis Island, and more. Each day we will work on Subject Development, Exposure, Image Composition, Architectural Photography, Black and White Photography, Low Light Photography, and Long Exposures. Not only will we help you improve your photography skills, but you will also get to take in some of the most iconic scenes in New York City.
Given the size and scope of the city we will concentrate on certain areas each day allowing for maximum time in the field, but also ample time to relax and have group discussions. Once on location we will travel to and from locations by walking, subway, and local transportation.
