Owl Ambassadors Courtesy of The Center for Wildlife, Cape Neddick, ME
Join Sigma Pro photographer Roman Kurywczak for the incredible opportunity to photograph a barred owl or red-tailed hawk up close while CFW educators share about our work and the lives of the birds at the event. The Ambassadors will be coming to Hunt’s Photo in Melrose with a pair of trained handlers/educators from The Center for Wildlife for a limited time. All birds will be handled by CFW staff but photographers will have the opportunity to rotate between different ambassadors for a 30 minute session. The handlers/educators will discuss a little bit about the Ambassadors, while Roman will discuss some of the technique involved in photographing these illusive raptors. Sigma tech rep Marc Farb will also be on hand with a collection of lenses that can be used to photograph the Ambassadors.
The fee associated with this event is specifically a donation to The Center for Wildlife.
