Join Hunt’s Photo Education for a photo walk to the North End for a specific walk involving street shooting. On the walk, we will discuss Image Composition, Black and White Photography, and the most effective way to “capture the moment” in a street scene. Photographers of all skill levels are encouraged to attend.
Boston is often referred to as a “city of neighborhoods”. One of the city’s most notable neighborhoods, and its oldest, is the North End. Beginning in the 1600s this is where immigrants to the New World entered the city for the first time, which made the North End a busy, vibrant center of activity. Today, this tightly knit area is known as “Little Italy” given the prominent Italian-American influence and population found here. Quaint eateries, fine restaurants, and historic locations are characteristics that make the North End one of Boston’s premier destinations.
We will spend the evening establishing how to best photograph people and street scenes in different environments. This is a walk that will challenge your abilities, but will ultimately be a rewarding experience!
If you are attending this walk, we will send out more specific instructions to you a few days prior to the walk. Please note: Some slight details above can be subject to change. This email will detail any of those minor changes.
Please read Hunt’s Terms & Conditions before signing up.
If you are interested in learning a little more about your camera (or anything else photographic-related) prior to the walk, we would love to have you for a Custom 1-on-1 class.
